Peter Renes has extensive experience in the construction of iceplants, bottling plants, and in Venezuela he built a condominium project with 6 main buildings having 360 apartments on the beach in Higuerote Venezuela. He is specialized in Industrial refrigeration and air conditioning, and has extensive experience in reverse osmosis systems.

Andrea Bacher is an experienced luxury and condominium architect, having worked on several exclusive projects in Belize, including Francis Ford Coppola’s Turtle Inn Resort. Born in Italy, Andrea holds a degree in architecture from the University of Venice. His European credits include work on the exceptional Ducal Palace Museum in Mantova.

Julieanne Dobson owns Design a' Space and Arterior Studios, which specialize in interior finishes, design and commissioned artwork. Julieanne has an extensive background in interior design and large art commissions for interiors. Now a resident of Belize, she has wide-reaching experience with resort design including, designer on the restoration of Francis Ford Coppola's Turtle Inn and the exclusive Chablis Mar Villas.

Sarah Robinson and Jim Hoxsey have over 36 years of landscape design and nursery experience with indigenous plants. Their company, the exceptional Viva Verde Farm and Nursery, has designed the spectacular grounds and gardens of some of the most prominent resorts in southern Belize including, Turtle Inn, Rum Point Inn, and The Inn at Roberts Grove, Chablis Mar Villas, The Villas at Sunset Pointe and The Villas at Coco Plum.
